To ensure the freshest product possible, we normally ship our products within 24 hours of receiving your order. If there is a delay, you will be notified by e-mail.
We ship Monday through Friday and offer a number of shipping options:
Standard Ground - We ship from Burbank, California. The number of days it will take to receive your package will vary depending on where we are shipping it to. Please refer to the shipping chart below.
2nd Day Air - (ship Monday -- arrive Wednesday, ship Thursday -- arrive Monday)
Overnight - (ship Monday -- arrive Tuesday, ship Friday -- arrive Monday)
Overnight with Saturday delivery (only available on Fridays)
PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY USE THE PUREST HIGH-QUALITY CHOCOLATE IN OUR PRODUCTS. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING OUR PRODUCTS USING STANDARD GROUND DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS -- THE HEAT WILL MELT THE CHOCOLATE. WE ADVISE THAT YOU UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING TO 2ND DAY AIR DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.
